The overseas media report that Ecuador retailer chamber of commerce oppose to pose restriction on China textile which is thought to not influence Ecuador textile.
It is directed that this measure will against the regulation of WTO. "The trade restriction on China product will bring loss to Ecuador textile enterprise whose profit and employment will be influenced."
He emphasize that the restriction on China textile with high affixation and low price will doom to hurt the profit of Ecuadors customer .
It is reported that the import of Ecuadors textile in 2004 reach $0.305billion including $37.9million from China.
Recently, a document submitted by Ecuador Foreign Trade Ministry claim that Ecuador textile trade association require to restrict China textile import.
