It is analyzed that this matter means that Italy fashion is accelerating the step towards China market because Wuxi New World International Textile & Fashion City will be an important way and platform for them to enter into China market.
It is known that recent years, "Made In China"textile & fashion emerged into global market jus as tidewater. Fashion capital--France made adjustment quickly by centering on developing world famous brands depending on China market, such as Dior, Givenchy etc. However, other fashion capital--Italy still distributed the bands with logo"Made In Italy"Slow feedback brought great pressure to Italy enterprises..
The analyzer considers that Italy fashion industry must change their strategy, that is ,being sure to make choice between adopting manufacturing pattern--little scale and high quality and moving major manufacturing business to China on the base of furthering develop brand and design.
However, only a few Italy companies opened factories in China though some of them have opened franchised stores. The exception is men's suit company--ErmengildoZegna, which built factory in China. In the meanwhile, famous brand--Ferragamo is planning to move producing department to China and pay more attention to brand instead of logo"Made In Italy". The manufacturer of Kemo Silk is also considering to shift some manufacturing business to China.
However, the family enterprises with small scale is still the backbone of Italy economy, but for them, it is so difficult to move to overseas because they have little contact with China at past and do not know how to enter into this market.
