By the positive impact of Israel and Egypt s agreement on the establishment of qualified industrial park, Egypt has become the fastest growing market of Israel s textile export, the growth rate is expected to reach 86%. Under the agreement, if 35% of the production value is produced by Egypt and Israel, and the Israeli component accounts for 11.7%, those Egyptian enterprises can export goods to the United States duty-freely.
The United States is still the largest market for Israel s textile export, but from January to September this year, export of textiles to the United States dropped by 11.6%.
According to Association of Manufacturers, Israeli textile enterprises develop their commercial activities in 114 countries currently.
