US Commerce Ministry promulgatedthat they have reached agreement on imposing anti-dumping tariff of 4.39-44.30% on China terylene shirt cut fiber. Besides, US Customs also claimed that three China enterprises including Shanghai Yuanfang Co. must pay the deposit with bond or cash equal to anti-dumping tariff.
The statistic from US Commerce Ministry shows that anti-dumping tariff of 10.45%,15.30%, 4.39% will be imposed on three China enterprise Shanghai Yuanfang Co., Cixi Jiangnan Chemical-fiber Co. and Ningbo Dafa Chemical Fiber Co. . The final result of US investigation on China textile industry will be seen in May, 2007.

Besides, EU also ended the anti-dumping reexamining of China polyester short cut fiber on Nov.10, 2006 and imposed 49.7% tariff on China Sicuan Huiweidu Chemical fiber Co..
