The report from Vietnam <> shows that Vietnam promised to decrease the average tariff from 17.4% to 13.4% during five-seven years after entering into WTO. Among 0.0106 tax items with decreasing tariff, 1812 tax items with above 30% tax will enjoy the cutting tariff, decreased by 44%. The main products with increased tariff include textile (-63%) , shoes& flower, tree(-25%), home plastic products, meat, electric equipment(-20%) etc.
