Chilly winter has surely brought happiness to those, who could dress up in a more trendy way with garments of diverse designs and origins instead of wearing the traditional white-and-black dress.
During Eid Al-Adha holiday, many residents of Riyadh had worn almost forgotten and old fashioned "Al-Daqla", a thick dark-colored long coat, worn over the traditional dress.
According to a dealer in garments in Riyadh, the designing of Al-Daqla has been developed recently, providing it a distinguished, eye-catching fine finishing. It has become the favorite dress for many newly-wed males.
The cold wave has prompted many dealers to display the winter garments in their shops encouraging many citizens to buy heavy-fabric winter clothes.
This winter has provided an opportunity for the youth to buy more colorful dresses, costumes and clothes with western-designed jackets and hats instead of wearing the black-and-white traditional costume.
