France:Thierry repurchases Fezko a manufacturer of automobile textiles

Michel Thierry Group repurchases the Czech corporation Fezko A.S., manufacturer of textile automobile in strong growth.
The new group one will be present with the biggest world-wide car manufacturers and will realize a sales of 300 M€.After the establishments to Mexico,in Turkey and Russia, the acquisition of the group Fezko A.S. is an essential step in the framework of the new deployment of Michel Thierry Group.
This acquistion will allow for him to widen his wallet of customers, to reinforce his establishment in Central Europe and to develop his offer produces. The thus constituted group will be able to profit also of the expertise of the teams of Fezko and of Michel Thierry to become quickly the world-wide reference in the domain of the textile automobile.
The merger between the two corporations will give birth to a world-wide leader of textile for the automobile, a synergy operation that will bring a lot of added values just as well to the builders as to the assistants and shareholders of the new entity.
Fezko A.S., of which the production sites are situated to Strakonice in Czech Republic and to Zilina in Slovakia, is the first supplier low-cost of textile for the automobile in Central Europe.
Michel Thierry Group and the corporation Stark B.V., possessor of Fezko A.S., concluded the buyback of Fezko A.S. The effective realization of the transaction again is subjected to the authorization of Czech authorities and is foreseen in the summer current 2008. In the contract framework, Stark B.V. has the possibility to become a minority shareholder of Michel Thierry Group.
