House of Pearl Fashions Ltd (HOPF.BO: Quote, Profile, Research), said on Monday its unit has agreed to acquire 38 percent stake in Vietnam-based garments firm Nam Long Garment Joint Stock Co.
The deal will enable House of Pearl to set up a manufacturing base in Vietnam, it said in a statement.
