Carborundum Universal allots equity shares

Feb. 23, 2010 - Carborundum Universal has alloted 2232 shares of Rs 2 each arising out of the exercise of stock options, granted under the Employees Stock Option Scheme 2007. The exercise price in respect of these options was Rs. 118.05 per share. With this allotment the number of equity shares outstanding is 93,356,232 and the paid-up-capital equity share capital is Rs. 18.67 crore.
