Indonesia's Investment Coordinating Board targeted to draw an investment of more than 200 trillion rupiah (about 22.3 billion U.S. dollars) next year, increasing 15 percent compared to this year, Bisnis Indonesia daily quoted an official as saying on Wednesday.
The board's Chairman Gita Wirjawan said that the increasing target was based on the fact that from this year's target of 161 trillion rupiah (about 17.9 billion dollars), the country managed to reach more than the amount.
According to Wirjawan, the investment focus next year would be infrastructure.
"We will focus on infrastructure. There will be a balance between foreign and domestic investment," he said.
