On April 27th, the 4th Chinese Enterprises Outbound Investment Conference, cosponsored by CCPIT and the Ministry of Commerce, was held in Beijing. Zhou Tienong, Vice Chairman of the NPC Standing Committee, and Zhang Wei, Vice Chairman of CCPIT, attended the conference.
