On May 14th, the opening ceremony of Hebei Cultural Week took place at the Expo site. Mr. Zhang Yunchuan, Secretary of CPC Hebei Provincial Committee, and Mr. Yu Zhengsheng, Member of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee, Secretary of CPC Shanghai Municipal Committee and First Deputy Chairman of Shanghai World Expo Organizing Committee, attended the ceremony.
