On June 18, Zhejiang Week activity kicked off at the Shanghai Expo Site. The opening ceremony was attended by Mr.Zhao Hongzhu, Party Secretary of Zhejiang Province and Director of Zhejiang Provincial Commitee of CPC, Mr. Yu Zhengsheng, Member of the Political Bureau of CPC Central Committee and Secretary of CPC Shanghai Commitee, Mr. Wang Jinzhen, Vice-Chairman of CCPIT and Chief Government Representative of China Pavilion as well as Mr. Xu Hubin, Secretary-general of CCPIT and Curator of China Pavilion.
