In July 19, CCPIT Vice-Chairman Zhang Wei met with the CMA China Delegation to Beijing headed by its President David Wong.
Mr. Wong praised the mechanism of the Hong Kong - China Joint Business Liaison Committee and its active role established jointly between CCPIT and Hongkong s four Major business councils (The Chinese General Chamber of Commerce, Federation of Hong Kong Industries, Hong Kong General Chamber of Commerce and The Chinese Manufactures Association of Hong Kong). He also exchanged views with Vice-Chairman Zhang concerning problems encountered by Hong Kong enterprises when doing business in the Pearl River Delta Region.
