Chinese shares open slightly lower on Monday

Chinese shares opened slightly lower on Monday morning, with the benchmark Shanghai Composite Index down 0.07 percent to open at 2,974.64.
The Shenzhen Component Index rose 0.12 percent to open at 12,047.74.
