For strengthening the cooperation between China and Spain in the field of water conservancy, on October 15th, in advance of the 3rd International Yellow River Forum, Sino-Hispanic Water Forum is held in Dongying City, Shandong Province. Director-general of Department of International Cooperation, Science and Technology Of Ministry of Water Resources (MWR) Gao Bo presided over the Forum, Vice Minister of MWR, Jiao Yong, Minister of Environment of Spain, Cristina Narbona and Vice Director of Yellow River Conservancy Commission (YRCC), Xu Cheng addressed the Forum.
Vice Directors of YRCC Su Maolin and Zhao Yong attended the opening ceremony.
The Forum will last 1 day and officers and experts of water conservancy from China and Spain will launch intercommunion and deliberation around the related topics, meanwhile, the exhibition of Spanish water techniques will be held.
