The General Administration of Customs will implement preferential policies for the development of Hainan International Tourism Island. It will:
provide convenience and service for foreign yachts entering, leaving, and parking to support the development of the cruise industry in Hainan;
support the development of exhibition economy in Hainan to cultivate international exhibition brands;
support the development of the modern logistics industry to set up a shipping hub, logistics center and export processing base;
carry out the policies of departure tax refunds for foreign tourists; and
continue to improve the construction of Hainan's port infrastructure and enforce its informationization level.
