China's Shandong Luneng have now claimed their first win in this season's Asian Champions League after easing past Japan's Cerezo Osaka 2-nil at the Shandong Sports Centre in Jinan.

Renato Silva put the hosts in front at the 22 minutes mark in the Group G contest when he stabbed home a close range shot.

Wang Yongpo added the second marker ten minutes later.

Cerezo keeper Kim jin-hyun managed to keep it relatively close by saving Obina's penalty in the second half.

Luneng's Cui Peng was sent off for two bookable offences towards the end, leaving Shandong with 11 on the field, but the hosts still held on.

In Group H action, Shanghai Shenhua has been hammered by South Korea's Suwon Bluewings.

A hat-trick from striker Ha Tae-Goon inspired the Korean side to an 4-nil away victory.
