In July, the total value-added of the industrial enterprises above designated size (all state-owned enterprises and those non-state-owned enterprises with an annual sales income over 5 million yuan, same as follow) was 581.1 billion yuan, increased 16.1 percent over the same month of the previous year (same as follow, if not specifically mention). The sales ratio of industrial products was 98.65 percent, 0.16 percentage points higher as compared with the same period of last year. The export delivery value of industrial enterprises was 391.3 billion yuan, an increase of 26.1.

In view of different sectors,the value-added for smelting, pressing and extending of ferrous metal increased 26.6 percent, The increase rate for chemistry, general equipment manufacturing, heavy industry such as non-metal mineral products and non-ferrous metal processing was from 18.7 to 21.3 percent. The increase rate for textile, food processing, and light industry such as medicine and manufacturing of clothes, shoes and caps, etc. was from 18 to 28.5 percent.

In view of different products, the crude coal increased 10.8 percent, electricity increased 14.9 percent, pig iron, steel and steel products increased 30.7, 28.6 and 28 percent respectively. Cement increased 14 percent, automobile increased 27.8 percent, of which, saloon car increased 55.4 percent.

From January to July, the industrial enterprises above designated size achieved 3812.3 billion yuan, an increase of 16.3 percent.
