Mr. Song Lin Visited Mr. Zhou Qiang, the Secretary of Hunan Provincial League Committee

On November 13, Mr. Song Lin, Chairman of the China Resources (Holdings) Co, Ltd ( CRC ), Mr. Wang Shuai Ting, the Vice Chairman of CRC, and the party paid a visit to Mr. Zhou Qiang, the Secretary of Hunan Provincial League Committee and Director of Standing Committee of Hunan Provincial People s Congress, in Changsha City. Mr. Mo Dewang (Head of State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of Hunan Provincial People s Government), supervisors from Development and Reform Commission of Hunan Province and Hunan Provincial Economic and Information Commission, Mr. Li Xiaowei (Chairman of Hunan Valin Group Co., Ltd Hunan Valin ), senior executives of CRC (including Mr. Zhu Jin Kun and Mr. Li Fuzuo), and management from China Resources Power Holdings Co., Ltd ( CR Power ) and China Resources Investment Enterprises Limited (including Mr. Wang Yu Jun, Mr. Li She Tang, Mr. Wu Ding, Mr. Zhao Houchang and Mr. Wang Qingjiang) attended the meeting.

Mr. Song, on behalf of CRC, signed Strategic Collaboration Framework Agreement with Hunan Valin. Both Parties agreed to cooperate in various business fields, including capital collaboration, coal resources, power projects, steel supply and etc. Mr. Zhou extended his congratulations on the signing of Strategic Collaboration Framework Agreement between CRC and Hunan Valin. He said Hunan provincial government attached great importance to cooperation with the State-Owned-Enterprises. The cooperation between Hunan Valin and CRC could be regarded as a successful example of collaboration between provincial enterprises and State-Owned-Enterprises. As Hunan province is currently experiencing accelerated development, great potential exists for future cooperation between both parties. Based on existing good cooperation, Zhou looks forward to further cooperation between CRC and Hunan provincial enterprises, in agricultural product processing, bio-medicine, steel, energy, IOT and other sectors.

Chairman Song appreciated Hunan provincial government s support on CRC s development in Hunan province. He said that CRC will further take the advantages, continue to broaden cooperation areas in Hunan to make greater contributions and accelerate the development of Hunan Province.
