Hu then went to Dongzhimen Subway Station in downtown Beijing to test out the express train to Capital International Airport. When arriving back to the Dongzhimen metro terminal in the capital s downtown, Hu purchased a ticket from an automat machine and test rode the train on the new line to the Beijing Capital International Airport. The train was built by CNR Changchun Railway Vehicle Co., Ltd.

The 20-minute trip took Hu Jintao to the world s largest airport terminal. Launched in March, it now has the capacity to host 300 planes at the same time.
