Fenmo becomes a city culture card of Jinan
Jinan has been deepening cultural mechanism reform and beef up to boost cultural undertaking and cultural industrial development by closely focusing on building a vigorous cultural city.
By 2013, Jinan will build 300 cultural innovative industrial projects, with the total investment and financing surpassing 100 billion yuan.
Besides, through art group reforms and development of regional culture, characteristic products of the City of Springs should be cultivated into a city culture card of Jinan.
