Shandong Activity Week opens on World Expo

Jinan, July 8-- Shanghai World Expo Shandong Activity Week themed Cultural Qilu Charming Shandong opened.

Member of Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the CPC and Secretary of Shanghai Municipal Party Committee Yu Zhengsheng attended the opening ceremony. Vice Secretary of Shandong Provincial Party Committee and Governor of Shandong Provincial People s Government Jiang Daming announced the opening of Shandong Activity Week.

Director of Shanghai Standing Committee of the NPC Liu Yungeng, President of Shanghai Municipal People's Political Consultative Conference Feng Guoqin and the Vice Secretary of Shandong Provincial Party Committee and the President of Shandong Provincial People s Political Consultative Conference Liu Wei attended the opening ceremony and delivered speeches.

The ceremony is presided over by Li Qun, standing committee member of Shandong Provincial Party Committee and minister of Shandong Publicity Department.
