The celebration for 300 million ton oil refining putting into production after its remove and reconstruction of Qingyang Petrochemical Company was grandly held on Oct.27 in Qingyang. Secretary Lu Hao of the CPC Gansu Provincial Committee and Liu Weiping, acting governor and deputy secretary of the CPC Gansu Provincial Committee were present at the meeting and awarded prizes and honors to the outstanding groups and individuals.
