Four Shenzhen residents checked for radioactivity after they returned from Japan were found to be in good health. The four were employees of Huawei and Hitachi.
People returning from Japan should not be too worried about health. When they enter China, we conduct checks for radioactivity, Lin Yongqin, director of the radiation department of the city s prevention and treatment center for occupational diseases, said Friday.
Besides the center, there are two other hospitals equipped for radioactivity check Shenzhen People s Hospital and Longgang Central Hospital, he said.
