The Fifth Session of the 14th People's Congress of Dongguan (NPC) commenced January 20th at Dongguan's Conference Building.
The Congress will vote for Dongguan Government's budget and Dongguan's plans on economic development this year, and hear reports from the standing committee of NPC of Dongguan and the city's judicial system. It will also vote for drafts raised by members of the Congress.
