Dongguan starts today the election of its top ten charities as the city's Charity Day (on October 25) is approaching.
The candidates for the election will recommended by several government departments and charities organizations, including Dongguan Health Bureau, Dongguan Charity Federation, Dongguan Branch of The Red Cross Society of China and Dongguan Disable Person s Federation. The public will vote the final results through various forms.
