A signing ceremony of agreement on science and technology, education cooperation and exchanges, sponsored by a high-level delegation of economy and trade from Quebec, Canada, was held in Jinmao Building, Shanghai on Nov. 6, 2008. President Qian Xuhong and President Christophe Guy signed the agreement on cooperation and exchanges between the East China University of Science and Technology and cole Polytechnique de Montr al, Canada.
