ZTT OPPC Accessory Fittings and Joint Box have Past the Identification By the China Power Unite Committee

On May 16th 2008, "Up to 110kv OPPC accessory and joint box" which researched by the Nantong Jiangdong communication equipment company belong to ZTT past the technological identification of products held by China Power Enterprises Unite Committee .The committee is composed of State Grid Beijing Power Construction Institute State Grid Communication Construction Co., Ltd ,China Power Scientific Institute State Grid XinTong Company Huadong Power Design Institute,Zhongnan Power Design Institute Beijing State Grid Huabei Power Engineer Co., Ltd ,Shanghai Power Cable Institute,Quality Inspection Test Center Of Power Line Equipment ,Quality Inspection Test Center Of Power Material and Parts ,Heilonjiang Power Company etc and the number of expert is totally 12, professor Youchuanyong is the chairman of the committee, who is the investigator of State Grid Beijing Power Construction Institute.
The experts listened to the summarized report of researching products and testing,using conditions , they reviewed the identification documents and tested the sample. After the discussion , they think the documents we offered are completed right,unified , it accords to the requirements of technological identification of products and can guide to produce; The type tests of OPPC accessory and joint box products are done by State Grid Beijing Power Construction Institute and State Wire And Power Cable Quality Testing Center and the samples are tested by the identification committee, all indexes of performance are accord with the standard of Q/320623 AP 30-2007 and Q/320623 AP 29-2007; They owned complete producing and test equipments,it accord with the need of batch production; when fix the clamp ,the joint box used the new-type mask body which can protect the optical fiber unit .The experts also think the technology of optical fiber single spot melting in the terminal joint box and installation are innovative.
The committee think that "Up to 110kv OPPC accessory and joint box" which researched by the Nantong Jiangdong communication equipment company have reached the international standard, they agree to pass the identification of products and it can put into production.
