Shanghai Forte and Three Properties in Beijing Awarded Warm 2008" Gold Prizes

The annual summit sponsored by Beijing Youth Daily was held on January 9. Gold prizes including Quality Real Estate Enterprise and Quality Property were rewarded based on consumer votes and expert nominations. Shanghai Forte was accredited Warm 2008 Quality Real Estate Enterprise gold prize and three of its properties Peking House, Value Stream and Forte Innateness won the gold prizes of Warm 2008 Quality Property.
