Franshion Properties Selected as the Most Valued Listed Property Enterprise in China 2009

The Ninth Boao Real Estate Forum came to an end in Boao Hainan on August 15. At the Prize-Awarding Ceremony of 2009 China Real Estate Fashion Award held during the forum, Franshion Properties and other four listed property companies were titled as the Most Valued Listed Property Enterprises in China 2009 .

The annual Boao Real Estate Forum, started in August 2001, is the most authoritative professional forum with the highest industry standard, largest scale and widest influence in Chinese real estate industry. Each forum is attended by about 600 people, of which 90% are president-level leaders from the real estate community, financial investment institutions and media organizations.

The forum has become a remarkable annual gathering in the real estate community, and the China Real Estate Fashion Award on each forum has been an influential authoritative selection in Chinese real estate community.

During this forum, outstanding personnel from real estate community, financial community and government departments gave series speeches and held dialogues on economic trend and macro-policy orientation as well as the tendency of real estate market. As for the 2009 China Real Estate Fashion Award, the Franshion Properties that has gone public for only two years, was selected as one of the Most Valued Listed Property Enterprises in China 2009 thanks to its quality assets, sound operation and sustainable and leap-forward development.

The other four winners are R&F, Vanke, Xinhu Zhongbao and Zhongtian Urban Development.
