Jiang Yikang, Secretary of Shandong Provincial Party Committee, inspected the site of Evergrande s Xueye Project

On Oct. 12, Jiang Yikang, Secretary of Shandong Provincial Party Committee and Director of the Standing Committee of Shandong Province National People s Congress, led the Mode Transformation and Structure Adjustment on-the-spot inspection group of the Province to inspect the site of Evergrande s Xueye Project.

Present at the inspection site were Gao Xinting, Deputy Managing Director of the Standing Committee of Shandong Province National People s Congress, Wang Min, member of the Standing Committee of CPC Shandong Provincial Committee and Secretary General, Li Qun, member of the Standing Committee of CPC Shandong Provincial Committee and the Head of the Propaganda Department, Zhou Yuhua, President of Higher People s Court of Shandong Province, Qiao Yanchun, Vice-chairman of Political Consultative Conference of Shandong Province, and municipal Party secretaries and mayors of four cities, namely, Heze, Liaocheng, Jining, and Tai an.

Ms. Tan Zhaohui, Chairman of the Board of Evergrande Real Estate Group Jinan Property Co., Ltd., reported the construction conditions of Xueye Project to the leaders at provincial and municipal levels.

After listening to the report of Ms. Tan from Evergrande Jinan Company, Secretary Jiang fully acknowledged the current construction and progress of the project and especially asked about the environmental protection measures for Xueye Project. Secretary Jiang said the large-scale brand developer should develop the Xueye Lake with cultural connotation and environmental protection, promote the urbanization process of Xueye project, and improve the living conditions of local residents at a high level of urban operation.

Evergrande Xueye Project is a large-scale leisure and tourism real estate project. It is located in Xueye tourist area of Laiwu City, the north shore of Xueye Lake, east to Laiming Road, and at the south and north sides of Huanhu Road. The project is positioned as a large internationalized landscape tourist and resort community, including independent low-rise residential building, duplex low-rise residential building, terrace low-rise residential building, scene-type western-style building, small high-rise residential building, five-star hotel, six centers, namely, the conference center, catering center, sports center, entertainment center, health center, and commercial center, and supporting facilities such as comprehensive building and kindergarten.
