Cambridgeshire won two awards including 2010 Development Project of Asian Games Promotion Ambassador

With the world class community planning conducted by the well-known designers and the advanced concept of human living, Cambridgeshire won awards and praises once and again. On 23 April, it won two awards, namely 2010 Development Project of Asian Games Promotion Ambassador (2010 ) and Golden Development Project in Guangzhou New City Centre of 2009 (2009 ) .

At the scene of Guangdong Provincial Housing Fair in that morning, 2010 Development Project of Guangzhou Asian Games Promotion Ambassador , jointly organized by 21CN and Guangzhou main media, officially commenced. The grand prize presentation ceremony was held as well in which 10 development projects, including Cambridgeshire, were granted the title of Development Project of Guangzhou Asian Games Promotion Ambassador ( ) . It is known that the selection aimed to advocate building concepts such as green building, harmonious habitat, low carbon and energy saving. It adopted a series of scientific and objective appraisal standard, and the selection was conducted in a prudent manner by means of internet voting + experts comments + editors recommendation .

At night, a selection activity jointly organized by Guangzhou City Real Estate Industry Association ( ) and Panyu Daily ( ) was held at Panyu Hotel ( ) where Cambridgeshire was granted the title of Golden Development Project in Guangzhou New City Centre of 2009 . Chen Dunlin, Honorary Chairman of Guangzhou City Real Estate Industry Association, Xu Guobi, Secretary General of Guangzhou City Real Estate Industry Association and the management team of Panyu Daily presented the awards to the winning development projects, including Cambridgeshire. Liang Qingbing, vice president of Panyu Daily, said that the geographical location, architectural design, surrounding environment, humanistic atmosphere and community activities of the winning development projects were all developed in a sophisticated manner, which embodied the spirit of living in Guangzhou. They also become the enviable high-end regions with high investment value in the world.
