Cambridgeshire ranked among top three in terms of the sales amount of the Guangzhou property market

In the half year since the launch, Agile Cambridgeshire, being the first deluxe property project developed by Agile in Guangzhou, has acquired its recognized status of deluxe property in the property market by its sales results, price and property value. It achieved a sales amount of over RMB1.1 billion in half year, which not only ranked among top three in terms of the sales amount for a single property development in Guangzhou, but also maintained its position as the champion in Panyu in terms of the same. According to the trading statistics released by a website monitoring the transaction of housing development named Yang Guang Jia Yuan ( ), during the period from 23 December 2009 to 20 June 2010, Cambridgeshire with a sales amount of RMB1.139 billion ranked among top three of the sales amount for a single property development in Guangzhou. It sold 231 flats in total with the sold area of nearly 53,000 m2 and the average selling price of RMB22,000/m2. Among the deluxe property projects, Cambridgeshire, launched for half year only, has already took second place in terms of the sales volume of deluxe property. Cambridgeshire, Favorview Palace ( ) and Haiyi Peninsula of Star River ( ) jointly occupied the places of top three of the sales volume of deluxe property.

In June, taking advantage of the hot sale of 200 flats in Phase I of Coastal Noble, Cambridgeshire launched the flats of Perfect Four Bedrooms , being Phase II of Coastal Noble.
