Beiyue Bay of Egret Lake Huizhou was on hot sale with over 80% of first-batch flats sold
Can Egret Lake Huizhou continue its hot sale while the current market tends to wait and see? As the saying goes, haste makes waste. Recently, Egret Lake Huizhou has adopted a well-ordered approach. It has become the first to leave the abnormal circle of product homogeneity by launching the scarce houses with lake and mountain view, namely, Beiyue Bay ( ) . Among the 132 flats that were launched as the first batch, about 80% of the flats were sold without any 3-bedroom flats of 99m2 left for sale. The property has become one of the best-selling housing developments of Huizhou in July.
At present, the Huizhou market is in an adjustment period in which consumers have become relatively rational. The current consumers home purchase sentiment has not been strong enough. Coupled with a part of necessary demand being digested in the early period, the present purchasing power has decreased substantially. Under such circumstances, Egret Lake Huizhou launched the houses of Beiyue Bay , which attracted the home buyers by such factors as low density, high greening rate, charming garden, high-standard international ancillary facilities, reasonable flat-type design and value-for-money price/performance ratio. With this combination of many innovative advantages, the initial price is only RMB4,500/m2 up. Home buyers are required to pay RMB450,000 or so and then can live in the international community of Lake Egret, which moved the determined mind of home buyers.
On the other hand, the current project s ancillary facilities have been gradually improved. The five-star Agile Sheraton Hotel ( ), which complies with the highest standard in Huizhou, has fully entered the decoration stage, and its garden and fa ade, as ancillary facilities, have already got their initial shape. Many people are surprised by its large hotel area of over 100,000m2. Moreover, Shanghai Lianhua Supermarket, with an area of over 4,000m2, within the community is expected to commence the fitting work in the second half year.
