On March 29, Mr. Tu Xingjian, Chairman of Invest Beijing International (IBI), met Mr. Ben Pape, Senior Advisor of UK Trade and Investment (UKTI) and China Britain Business Council (CBBC). They exchanged views on the promotion of PPP and the development of CDM projects in Beijing. Relevant officials of Beijing Municipal Commission of Development and Reform were invited to attend the meeting, after which Mr. Tu hosted a luncheon in the honor of Mr. Pape.
