President Wang Rong delivers a speech on the opening of the training class for civil servants from Dien Bien Province

On November 19th, the training class for civil servants from Dien Bien Province started at Yunnan University of Finance and Economics. Wang Rong, President and General-secretary of the Party Committee of YUFE, attended the meeting and delivered a speech. Yin Hong, Vice-president of YUFE, the head of the International Cooperation and Exchange Office, and leaders of the ASEAN School also attended the opening ceremony of the class.

General-secretary Wang Rong, on behalf of YUFE, extended his warm welcome to the class attendees and promised to make the class a complete success by providing the best courses and teaching force. In return, Ruan Shijun, leader of the delegation and the associate head of Dien Bien Provincial Education Department expressed his gratitude to YUFE for the elaborate preparations made and his hope to enhance cooperation with YUFE through this training.

The training class, consisting of 18 leaders of associate departments and higher levels from several departments and bureaus, is offered to relatively higher ranking civil servants. With a concentration on administration and new countryside-construction, the smooth process of the class is bound to enhance the cooperation with Dien Bien Province and create YUFE s own brand for training civil servants from ASEAN nations. Up until now, YUFE has hosted several training classes for government officers from neighboring countries with a total number of trainees reaching nearly 100.
This training class hosted by the ASEAN School will last for three weeks.
