Asian Games Competitions Held in GDUT Stadiums and Gymnasiums

On the morning of November 13, the first cricket competition in the history of Asian Games started in GDUT Cricket Stadium, opening the prelude to the Asian Games Competitions held in GDUT stadiums and gymnasiums. Altogether 54 Asian Games competitions would be held in GDUT stadiums and gymnasiums, including Men s Cricket Competitions, Women s Cricket Competitions, Men's Handball Preliminary Competition (group B) and Women s Handball Competitions.

On November 19, Pakistan won the championship in Women's Cricket Competitions while the Chinese women's cricket team entered the semifinals. Men s Cricket Competitions began on November 21. Women's Handball (Group Stage) started on November 18 and the semifinals will be held on November 25. Until November 22, more than half of the competitions have been held.

The competitions become increasingly fierce and exciting.


It is reported that on November 26, the Asian Games Men's Cricket Final and Women's Handball Final will be held respectively in GDUT Cricket Stadium and Gymnasium. Two gold medals will be awarded afterward.
