Guangzhou Customs Solved 4 Drug-Smuggling Cases One after Another through Postal Inspection

On July 16, Guangzhou Customs Office in the Post Office intercepted and captured marijuana about 796 grams in a mail sent from Nigeria to a certain international trade center in Guangzhou without declaration name. When receiving this information, Bureau of Anti-Smuggling of Guangzhou Customs immediately implemented thorough control over the directions and successfully captured the Nigerian suspect who came to fetch the mail on July 17.

On July 20, Guangzhou Customs Office in the Post Office found 7 small bags of dubious leaf-shaped objects concealed in a mail from Nigeria during inspection. This mail was the same as the one that was intercepted and captured on July 16 no matter in packing method, inner objects or handwriting of the directions.

After identifying, the dubious objects were marijuana, weighing 898 grams.
