59 Sets of Equipment by XCMG Sent to Venezuela

10AM, April 24^th, a batch of XCMG equipments ordered from China Railway Group Limited for a railway construction project in Venezuela were loaded at the High-Tech Zone port No. 1 in Tianjin. It is reported that, in total, 59 sets of XCMG-produced equipment were transported by ferry; including 21 road rollers, 26 loaders and 12 motor graders. The arrival of the equipment for this railway project will set a solid foundation for more and deeper cooperation in the future.
On July 2009, China Railway Group Limited signed a general contract for railway construction, the largest of its kind globally, in Venezuela, with a total value of 7.5 billion US dollars. The successful bid by XCMG includes 113 sets of four major products: road rollers, motor graders, loaders and cranes. This is XCMG s largest international construction machinery order since its entry into the market. The successful cooperation between XCMG and China Railway Group Limited not only show XCMG s dominance in the field of construction machinery in China, but also the competitiveness of benefits gained through cooperation, and participation in the internationalization of corporations.
