Special Announcement on QDII Financial Product "Overseas Profit No. 1

In accordance with the stipulations of the State, the 2008 Spring Festival holidays have been set for the period from February 6th to February 12th.Matters related to Overseas Profit No. 1 are announced as follows:

1.Product dealing day on February 5th 2008

QDII Financial Product Overseas Profit No. 1 will be opened for dealing on February 5th 2008 as usual.Affected by the holidays, CCB will announce the renminbi unit net value of the product on February 14th 2008 according to its US dollar net value on February 5th 2008 and will pay out redeemed funds to customers on February 15th 2008.

Large-size redemptions will be handled in accordance with relevant terms on large size redemptions.

2.In accordance with the terms of agreement, no redemption will be handled on February 12th 2008.
