To facilitate the use of "USB-Shield" by Internet Banking clients, ICBC, relying on the world leading platform of Microsoft, has taken the lead to launch the tool of "Internet Banking Assistant", which allows integration of program installation and system optimization for personal and corporate clients of ICBC Internet Banking.
As the e-Banking expert of ICBC introduces, ICBC "Internet Banking Assistant" integrates the certificate drivers of different manufacturers, CSP program, controls and related Microsoft patches. Clients can, after downloading "Internet Banking Assistant" at the portal website of ICBC, run this program which will automatically guide clients to finish installation.
This tool will then search for the operating system, certificate driver and CSP suitable for the client's computer according to the "USB-Shield" number entered by the client, take steps to download and install the certificate driver, CSP and Internet Banking controls, and remind the client to download and install operating system patches and adjust the IE settings.
In this way clients are saved from the trouble to install different programs; instead, they now need only to download a program to complete multiple installations, which greatly enhances the applicability of "USB-Shield".
