On December 3, China Financial Certificate Authority (CFCA) announced the result of "2009 Internet Bank Poll" during "2009 China Internet Bank Annual Conference". ICBC Internet Banking won the "Best Internet Bank in China" for the fourth time in a row.
This year's survey was organized by CFCA the security authentication authority at state level. CFCA, based on "China Internet Bank Evaluation Scheme", carried out the survey through random calls, talking to "mysterious" visitors, data gathered from all the banking websites and opinions from experts. Participating in this year's survey are internet banking websites from 19 nationwide commercial banks. ICBC topped the league tables and won the "2009 Best Internet Bank in China" again in every aspect of Internet Banking from the scale, functions, security to website construction.
