Special Announcement on QDII Financial Product "Asia Wealth Creation Choice

In accordance with the stipulations of the State, the 2008 Spring Festival holidays have been set for the period from February 6th to February 12th.Matters related to QDII Financial Product Asia Wealth Creation Choice are announced as follows:

1.Product Dealing Day on February 5th 2008

This product will be opened for dealing on February 5th as usual.Affected by the holidays, CCB will announce the renminbi unit net value of the product on February 14th 2008 according to its US dollar net value on February 5th 2008 and will calculated subscription shares and redemption amounts accordingly.Redeemed funds will be paid out to customers on February 18th 2008.

Large-size redemptions will be handled in accordance with relevant terms on large size redemptions.

2.In accordance with the terms of agreement, no subscription or redemption will be handled on February 12th 2008.
