ICBC Receives Two Major Awards including "2010 Best Contact Center in China"

Earlier, in the 2010 ranking on the Best Contact Center in China organized by "CCMWorld Group", a well-known third party platform in China for contact center, ICBC took home two awards: Sixth Annual "Best Contact Center in China" ("Golden Handset Awards") and "2010 Contact Center Outstanding Achievement of the Year Award".

"Best Contact Center in China" is organized by CCMWorld Group and jointly run by experts and veterans in the industry. The award process lasted for six months involving several parts: telephone survey, performance evaluation, interviews, on-site checking. More than 200 contact centers from enterprises and public institutions were participating in this year's award.
