All desk corners, wall corners in the outlets are wrapped by soft material to prevent collision by the blind. All barrier-free facilities bear accessible signs for disabled customers to carry out banking activities easily and conveniently.

At present, not only the ICBC outlets in the Asian Games Town are equipped with accessible facilities, so do the nearly 400 ICBC outlets in Guangzhou City with different service areas clearly marked. Outlets located in areas clustered with competition venues or frequently visited by the athletes have been newly-built or renovated to make provision of "ramp for the disabled, guiding services, lowered counters, accessible signs".

In outlets that temporarily cannot be renovated, alternative facilities either having staffs assigned to help the disabled or temporary ramps in place to ensure the delivery of heartfelt services to people with disabilities. During the Asia Para Games, in key outlets ICBC also opens special "green window", a fast service channel for the Asia Para Games' athletes, technical official, working staff and disabled persons.

ICBC has also organized special training for the service staffs to understand the special features of financial services for Asia Para Games. Apart from assigning staffs fluent in foreign languages as duty managers and special service windows opened to serve non-Chinese speaking customers from overseas areas, ICBC trains the staff in key outlets to understand sign language. The effort is to let the deaf and dumb be treated equally without language barrier and enjoy the same fast and convenient services.
