Twenty-five contestants won the annual prizes in the 8-month "ICBC Gold Expert Cup" competition, a competition of firm bid on personal gold Au (T+D) organized by ICBC in collaboration with Shanghai Gold Exchange.
The competition has generated enthusiastic response and high participation from all the investors since the beginning in April 1, 2010. There are eight monthly prizes and annual prizes. Winners are 127 customers (a total of 227 in terms of person-times) coming from 25 provinces.
The competition and the forum after this competition is organized under ICBC service approach of "Customers are Friends, Create Value Together", said an ICBC executive with Precious Metal Department. This represents a fruitful attempt of ICBC to set up a platform for customers to talk with the precious metal experts, to share their investment experience and skills.
