| The Beijing 2008 Olympic Torch Design and Torch Relay Planned Route were unveiled at the China Millennium Monument in Beijing on April 26. Daqing, the famous oil city, is on the route, and CNPC will select 20 staff to take part in the torch relay. In addition, CNPC Tibet Marketing Company will provide fuel for Chinese Mountaineering Team to fetch the Olympic Flame from the peak of Mount Everest. |
