On July 14, the Steel pipe Factory of China Petroleum Pipeline Bureau was wholly transferred to Baoji Petroleum Steel Pipe Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of China Petroleum Material & Equipment Corporation, marking the first successful recombination of CNPC s steel pipe manufacturing. The specialization and recombination of steel pipe manufacturing is one of the important measures that CNPC takes to perfect its managerial system and enhance integrated competence. |
