On November 19 in Beijing, Liu Zhijun, the Minister of Railways, and CNPC President Jiang Jiemin signed a protocol on the strategic cooperation between the Ministry of Railways and CNPC, on behalf of the two parties. There have long been a well relationship between CNPC and Ministry of Railways based on the principle of mutual support and common development. To meet new challenges and tasks posed by domestic economic and social development, the two parties will make the most of their each advantage and establish a coordination mechanism to strengthen strategic cooperation in terms of ensuring transportation, engine fuels, management of self-use vehicles and building strategic channels, in order to promote business progress of both parties. |
